Thanks. Well, just make an interesting texture, like with concrete, and paint on it with enamel and oils.

aaah, i thought my father was the only crazy guy around preparing his canvas with concrete and clay, ill tell him he aint alone, i should get a hold of his work to show you, but back to subject is the detail in the eye and mouth are excellent i thought it was photomanipulation at first sight, gotta rund find the full piece
